Anmälan of survey contest provided by Nikitas Language Abroad Schools(NIK|LAS)

Tävlingsregler:

Du måste vara över 18 år och ha en fungerande email-adress. Dina personupgifter behandlas konfidentiellt och kommer inte att förmedlas till andra parter, vi kommer endast använda dina personuppgifter för kontaktinformation vid ev vinst.
Du måste vara svensk medborgare eller ha permanent uppehållstillstånd.
Ditt bidrag måste vara korrekt ifyllt och alla frågor besvarade.
Ditt bidrag måste vara poststämplat senast 31 maj 2013.
Nikitas Language Abroad Schools[NIK|LAS] kommer att ha äganderätt på alla bidrag som skickas till oss.
Om du skickar in flera bidrag med olika email-adresser så kommer det räknas som ett bidrag. Att skicka in flera bidrag ökar inte dina vinstchanser.
Vi kontaktar vinnarna via e-mail och post. Vinnarna kommer också att presenteras på vår hemsida.
Priset kan inte överlåtas eller bytas mot kontanter. Varje pris är begränsat till en person.
Om vinnare inte accepterar priset så utgår vinsten och vi utser en ny vinnare. Om vi ej får kontakt med vinnare inom 21 dagar efter att tävlingen stängt så är rätten till vinsten förverkad och vi kommer att utse en ny vinnare.
Vinnaren måste själv bekosta sin resa och eventuella inskrivningsavgifter vid skolan.
Vårt beslut kan inte överklagas!

2012-13 NIK|LAS SWEDEN SURVEY CONTEST (the "Contest")
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF SWEDEN. Void where prohibited.

THE PRIZE

There will be awarded 14 Prizewinners, 2 Premier Prize Winners and 12 Secondary Prize Winners. Two (2) premier prizes of 2-vecka språk kurs with accommodations and Twelve (12) secondary prizes of 2-vecka språk kurs/**2-weeks accommodations will be awarded.

The prize is not transferable to other parties and must be accepted as awarded. It is not transferable to cash.
**2-vecka NIK|LAS Accommodation - This prize is limited to locations in Sevilla and Cadiz, Spanien.

HOW TO ENTER

The contest starts on June 8, 2012 at 12:00:01 a.m. ET (the "Contest Starting Date") on the www.nik-las.com website (the "Website") and ends on Feb 28, 2013 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "Contest Closing Date").

No purchase is required to enter. To enter, you must complete the NIK|LAS survey, which can be downloaded online at the Website between the Contest Starting Date and the Contest Closing Date (the "Contest Period"). Complete and return the form:

All sections must be filled out prior to submitting your form. All surveys and information become the property of NIK|LAS and will not be returned. In the event of a dispute, the entrant will be the person in whose name was entered in the appropriate area within the survey.
Limit 1 entry per person regardless of method of entry. Each mail-in entry must not be duplicated. You will be entered into the draw (based upon postmark date).

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible, you must be over the age of 18 at the time of entry. You must provide us with a valid email. All eligible entries received via email prior to or on May 31st, 2013 will qualify for the draw on June 5, 2013. All eligible mail entries postmarked on or prior to on May 25th, 2013 and received before May 31st 2013 will be entered into the final draw.

To be eligible for a Prize Draw date, entries should be received at least two (2) dagar before the Prize draw date. Entries received after any Secondary Prize Draw date will be placed in the pool for the next draw within the 2012-13 NIK|LAS Survey Contest. Non- winners of Secondary Prize Draw will be entered into Premier Prize Draw (Final Draw).

THE PRIZE DRAWS

The Fourteen (14) random draws will be held over 4 (four) draw dates at NIK|LAS in New York City from a random drawing of all eligible entries received from the Email and by regular mail.

The Prize Draw dates:

November 30, 2012 - 4 Secondary winners will be awarded;

februari 28, 2013 - 4 Secondary winners will be awarded;

April 30, 2013 – 4 Secondary winners will be awarded;

June 5, 2013 - 2 Premier winners will be awarded.

The prizes will be awarded to the persons whose entry is drawn. If a selected entrant chooses not to accept the prize, the prize will be deemed to be forfeited and no substitution or other compensation will be awarded.

The winners will be announced on our website and notified by e-mail and regular mail. The selected entrants will be contacted by mail or email, and must sign and return (within 14 dagar of receipt) a declaration and release. If the selected entrant does not comply with the Contest Rules or cannot be contacted by telephone/email or regular mail within 21 dagar of the draw, that entrant will be disqualified and an alternate entrant will be randomly selected from the eligible entries received. The prize will be sent to the winner within 4-8 weeks of verification. All taxes or fees on prize are the responsibility of the winner. Limit one prize per person.

OTHER RULES

By entering, contestants agree to abide by these Contest Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor will be final and binding on all entrants.

The Sponsor shall not bear any liability for (a) entries which are lost, postage-due, stolen, illegible, incomplete (or otherwise improperly completed), delayed or destroyed (including, in the case of on-line entries, as a result of failure of the website or technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet), (b) the loss, theft or misuse of the prize, or (c) any property damage, personal injury or misfortune in any way attributable to this contest or the prize (including, in the case of on-line entries, injury or damage to any telephone network or lines, on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software) or resulting from downloading any material from the contest website.

No correspondence will be entered into except with the selected entrant who qualifies to win the prize. All entries become the property of the Sponsor who assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the website during the period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received by the Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or down loading any material in the promotion. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend the entry form download portion of this contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor corrupt the security or proper administration of the contest. In the event of cancellation, termination or suspension, at its discretion, Sponsor shall select winner from eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such cancellation, termination or suspension.

Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

Surveys obtained through fraudulent means or through an abuse of the 2012-13 NIK|LAS Survey Contest or in any way tampered with, forged, mutilated, illegible, incomplete or mechanically reproduced may, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, be disqualified.

Except as provided herein, the personal information you are providing to enter this contest will be used only to administer this contest, and for no other reason. Unless otherwise indicated, the responses to the survey questions that you provide will be used by the Sponsor in an aggregated manner only and will not be linked to your personal information.
