Conditions of Entry:

  • Contestants must be 17 years of age or older. You need a valid e-mail address to take part. Your personal details will not be passed on to third parties.

  • All entries submitted must be the completed by entrant. 

  • To be eligible for a Prize Draw date, entries should be received at least two (2) days before the Prize draw date. 

  • All eligible mail entries postmarked on or prior to on May 25th, 2006 and received before May 31st 2006 will be entered into the final draw.

  • All entries will become the sole property of Nikitas Language Abroad Schools [NIK-LAS].

  • Acceptable entries must contain each and every required element. Partial entries will not be accepted. 

  • Multiple entries for one and the same person only count as one entry, even if the e-mail addresses are different

  • The winners will be announced on our website and notified by e-mail, as well as, regular post mail.

  • Our decision is final!

Information provided with this survey will not be given to any third party source!

2004-05 NIK-LAS.com SURVEY CONTEST (the "Contest") 
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. Void where prohibited.
THE PRIZE
There will be awarded 12 Prizewinners, 2 Premier Prize Winners and 10 Secondary Prize Winners. Two (2) premier prizes of 2-week language course with accommodations and Ten (10) secondary prizes of 2-week language course/**2-weeks accommodations will be awarded. 

The prize is not transferable to other parties and must be accepted as awarded. It is not transferable to cash.
**2-week NIK-LAS Accommodation - This prize is limited to locations in Madrid, Seville,  Cadiz, Spain, or Faro, Portugal
HOW TO ENTER
The contest starts on October 30, 2004 at 12:00:01 a.m. ET (the "Contest Starting Date") on the www.nik-las.com website (the "Website") and ends on May 31, 2005 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "Contest Closing Date").

No purchase is required to enter. To enter, you must complete the NIK-LAS.com survey, which can be downloaded online at the Website between the Contest Starting Date and the Contest Closing Date (the "Contest Period"). Complete and return the form:

All sections must be filled out prior to submitting your form. All surveys and information become the property of NIK-LAS and will not be returned. In the event of a dispute, the entrant will be the person in whose name was entered in the appropriate area within the survey. 

Limit 1 entry per person regardless of method of entry. Each mail-in entry must not be duplicated. You will be entered into the draw (based upon postmark date).
 

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible, you must be over the age of 17 at the time of entry. You must provide us with a valid email. All eligible entries received via email prior to or on May 31st, 2005 will qualify for the draw on June 1, 2005. All eligible mail entries postmarked on or prior to on May 25th, 2005 and received before May 31st 2005 will be entered into the final draw.

To be eligible for a Prize Draw date, entries should be received at least two (2) days before the Prize draw date. Entries received after any Secondary Prize Draw date will be placed in the pool for the next draw within the 2004-05 NIK-LAS.com Survey Contest. Non- winners of Secondary Prize Draw will be entered into Premier Prize Draw (Final Draw).
 

THE PRIZE DRAWS
The Twelve (12) random draws will be held over 5 (five) draw dates at NIK-LAS in Seville, Spain from a random drawing of all eligible entries received from the Email and by regular mail.

The Prize Draw dates:

November 30, 2004 - 3 Secondary winners will be awarded;

January 30, 2005 - 3 Secondary winners will be awarded;

March 30, 2005 – 2 Secondary winners will be awarded;

April 30, 2005 – 2 Secondary winners will be awarded;

June 1, 2005 - 2 Premier winners will be awarded.

The prizes will be awarded to the persons whose entry is drawn. If a selected entrant chooses not to accept the prize, the prize will be deemed to be forfeited and no substitution or other compensation will be awarded.

The winners will be announced on our website and notified by e-mail and regular mail. The selected entrants will be contacted by mail or email, and must sign and return (within 14 days of receipt) a declaration and release. If the selected entrant does not comply with the Contest Rules or cannot be contacted by telephone/email or regular mail within 21 days of the draw, that entrant will be disqualified and an alternate entrant will be randomly selected from the eligible entries received. The prize will be sent to the winner within 4-8 weeks of verification. All taxes or fees on prize are the responsibility of the winner. Limit one prize per person.
OTHER RULES
By entering, contestants agree to abide by these Contest Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor will be final and binding on all entrants. 

The Sponsor shall not bear any liability for (a) entries which are lost, postage-due, stolen, illegible, incomplete (or otherwise improperly completed), delayed or destroyed (including, in the case of on-line entries, as a result of failure of the website or technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet), (b) the loss, theft or misuse of the prize, or (c) any property damage, personal injury or misfortune in any way attributable to this contest or the prize (including, in the case of on-line entries, injury or damage to any telephone network or lines, on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software) or resulting from downloading any material from the contest website. 

No correspondence will be entered into except with the selected entrant who qualifies to win the prize. All entries become the property of the Sponsor who assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the website during the period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received by the Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or down loading any material in the promotion. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend the entry form download portion of this contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor corrupt the security or proper administration of the contest. In the event of cancellation, termination or suspension, at its discretion, Sponsor shall select winner from eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such cancellation, termination or suspension. 

Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. 

Surveys obtained through fraudulent means or through an abuse of the 2004-05 NIK-LAS Survey Contest or in any way tampered with, forged, mutilated, illegible, incomplete or mechanically reproduced may, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, be disqualified.

Except as provided herein, the personal information you are providing to enter this contest will be used only to administer this contest, and for no other reason. Unless otherwise indicated, the responses to the survey questions that you provide will be used by the Sponsor in an aggregated manner only and will not be linked to your personal information.
