The Registration Deposit fee ($200) and all
other monies paid to NIK|LAS is fully refundable for any reason up to 30
days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel with less than 30
days notice you will receive a refund (excluding Registration Deposit fee)
less a 20% penalty. You will be entitled to no refund after the program
starts. If you combine two or more destination or programs to create a
multi-country/city program, no money will be refunded once the first program
has begun.
The advance non-refundable payment for confirmation of reservation/
registration deposit will be $200. In cases, where we cannot make
arrangements for you for the time that you wish to attend, this $200 is
becomes refundable.
Cancellations 30 days of arrival will only be accepted in writing (Letter or
email).
Tuition refundable 100% if your student visa application is denied (minus
Registration Deposit). Fees directly related to visa application, as well
as, courier fees are not refundable. Please provide the letter of visa
denial from the Embassy to request refund.
Refunds are not provided if denied entry
into the country of program. Travelers must enquire with sufficient time
about obtaining a visa at the Consulate/Embassies in your own country. Valid
Passport or original birth certificate or government issued photo ID will be
needed for travel.
